TTC for 17mnths. I have steadily lost weight, as has DH, cut out food and changed our diet quite a bit. But I need to lose about 8-10lb tbh and the stress of TTC is making me comfort eat even more. Anyone else?

Ugh I can relate. I need to lose about 6 kgs (I think that's about 10 lbs) but am struggling for motivation, partly as I almost can't see the point if I'm hopefully going to be VERY fat within 6-9 months! I think the main thing is to just get as healthy as possible, and tbh I can't imagine if you only have 8-10 lbs to lose you are unlikely to have a BMI outside the healthy weight range. So perhaps just continue with a good diet and regular exercise and let the stress go a little.

Me too. We've only been trying for 6 months but my weight has been steadily creeping up for the last year. Now my BMI is 29.5 (so very nearly in the obsese range). Need to lose 1.5 stones to get into the healthy range (am quite short!) but also struggling with motivation as every month I hope this will be the one where I get a BFP and will then get fatter anyway. I'm now scared that if nothing happens and we need to see a dr that they will tell me to lose weight before they can do anything. You'd think this would be a motivation to lose weight but no, the call of cake and cheese is too strong Blush.
