Fine....no apparent side effects aparet from a flippin' sore leg.

I find that the injections are painful as the liquid goes in.
The fertility clinic are nice and try to warm it up a bit so it doesn't hurt so much but my GP's clinic just jab it in and it hurts like anything!!!

Have you had it or are you starting it??

coggy · 22/09/2006 21:48

sorry - apart that should say!

yes had first course of injections, responded very well, good follicules then had the final jab to make to follicule break and was supposed to ovulate and just started bleeding had bad side effects from last jab pregnyl it was called. pain and heavy bleeding for 2 weeks, however clinic said it had nothing to do with the injection i find that hard to believe. got to wait 4 weeks now to see whether they will continue with another course or do soemthing else. how long did you have it for

That sounds very stange!

I have had about 6 jabs in total over a 3 year period I suppose.

Going onto injectible hormones in a few months and will continue to have an hcg jab each month then as well.

Hope you get on okay in a few weeks time.
