Could I be ovulating even though.

I came on my period today. However I went for a wee before and I seem to have some cm. I'm not big on ovulation to be honest I just dtd a few times a week and hope for the best, but doesn't c.m mean I am ovulating, surely I can't be ovulating on my period or could I be. Sorry if T.M.I

You can get CM just before your period starts. In fact I usually do. When was your last period?
