CBFM question - doesn't seem right?!

Hi,

I have used the CBFM before but not for a while but this doesn't seem right to me.
I re set it after the last use so it should be treating me as 'unknown' so to speak.

It didn't give me a high until CD14 and then CD15 was peak - so far so good.

But this morning (CD16) I turned the monitor on expecting to be asked to test, and then for the result to be peak - but it didn't ask for a test. It just gave me a Peak reading straight away.

This makes sense, as we all know you get 2 days of peak together, but I didn't think it did this. I thought it asked for 10 days of tests in a row, regardless of the results.

Has anyone else had this?

I've got one of these too and I was under the impression that once you got your solid smiley, it stayed there for 48 hours and you couldn't test again that cycle....?

Have you got the new version teejayem ? Mine does have smiley faces, just bars.

I was expecting it to keep asking for tests as I ovulated later in my cycle but I guess 10 tests was enough and the rest is preprogrammed?

I'm guessing it's the way it's programmed! I've just used mine for the first time this month and I didn't get any peaks, I went straight from low to ovulation and then it guessed peak after ovulation without me testing for it. Bit strange but it does seem to be the way
