When is cd1 after stopping the pill?

I took my last pill (Cilest) on 4th July. I then started a withdrawl bleed on 8th July.
I'm confused as to which day I should count as cd1 - 5th July (first non-pill day), or 8th July (first day of bleed).
Does anyone know please?

I would count the first day of your period as cycle day one.
