I've ordered it today as today is 12th month of trying after having AF. Has anyone used it or interested in using it? I like how it works it all out for you as I don't want to spend all that time stressing over learning how to chart myself. You poas when it tells you and insert the stick into the machine and it interprets it for you. Gives you a few high chance days and then the lh surge days. Measures oestrogen and lh. Also can test for pregnancy. You can input when you dtd too and a light and alarm can remind you.

I really like gadgets and technology anyway. If it works I don't care how much it costs. Anyone have any experience with it already? I don't think it's been put long.

I have that problem also he hates being told when to Dtd :(
The amount of high days can really vary I'm afraid sometimes I get 2 and others can be several. I Dtd every other day on high then every day for 2/3 days on peak. If it's first time using it could be a lot of high days as it gets used to you.

CD6 today so first test with CBFM and I got a high reading - wasn't expecting this, thought it would be low. Maybe I ovulate earlier than I thought or maybe my cycles are still messed up after mc. Anyone else had this?

I'm on CD13 and have had my 5th 'high' reading today. Thought I was going to ovulate way sooner than usual as I usually get 2/3 'highs' each month but at the minute it looks like I'm on track. Don't know if it's a second round of Clomid that I finished last week that is affecting the readings? I have been using the monitor since May, although that month I wasn't TTC as DH still hadn't had his vasectomy reversed.

Morning all, hope you're all well and the newbies are enjoying their poas moment each morning . I got my peak today at cd21 after only one high yesterday. I have been worrying since first test on cd6 and it seems all is ok, so I would just try to relax and see what happens. ...easier said than done though!

Oh, and fox I have heard of a few people getting all highs in the first month as the monitor learns your cycle and sort b of calibrates itself to your 'normal' so try not to panic

Brilliant Chunder well done! Well I have had another high day - the monitor seems to think I am continuously highly fertile but no sign of peaking! Ah well, it is only my first month of using it which I am using as a dummy test run anyway as my DH is away a lot this month anyway. The search for my elusive peak continues!

Congratulations chunder! that is an amazing feeling isn't when you get your first high even though it was 6am when I got mine I went to wake up my OH to shove the monitor in his face.

I'm on a countdown now - AF would normally be due for me on Friday, peak was exactly 2 weeks ago on friday. Have done a IC today which was negative but CB still thinks my cycle is going to be 28 days so it won't let me test yet (mine are 26). I'm trying to think that even if this isn't our month at least the CB will know me and we can start to use some of its other features such as comparing one month to the next, the graphs and stuff.

sunbathing I got 4-5 highs before I got my peak, and I had 2 days of peak before the CBFM stopped asking for sticks and gave me an automatic high reading before going down to low.

Hi katy it's my first month...I spe b t the first week feeling smug that I didnt have to force myself to have sex at every opportunity, the next two freaking out at repeated low readings then yesterday and today felt like I'd won the lottery with a high then a peak! God knows what I'll be like if I get a bfp!

Despite the roller coaster I'm pleased I'm using it as my phone totally mis calculated my o day- so we have been shagging furiously at completely the wrong time thwn giving up, exhausted just asbi become fertile woops!

That's really interesting chunder thanks for sharing, great news that it can detect peaks on cycle 1. Am hoping if I have to use this, still waiting on my bfp hopefully tomoz but if not then cbfm is here with sticks and ready to go

In anticipation of lots of highs before peak I'm not to jump DH just yet as don't want to exhaust him out and peak too early!

Can't wait for first peak reading to confirm my body is working as it should!

I actually used a fertility monitor called Cyclotest and was really happy with it. Its does not use test strips at all, instead it uses BBT. Take my temperature every morning, also input cervical mucus observations.

I choose it over the Clearblue even though it is way less fancy looking because I was not crazy about shelling out money on test strips on top of the actual monitor.

chunder I POAS today, used one of the pregnancy tests - was negative, and accidently wasted one by cutting the end of the strip off :( and probably shouldn't have used the other one as it was only a few hours before that I last had a wee.

According to CBFM my AF is due in 3 days but usually it would happen tomorrow. Don't think this month is ours but ah well.

FX Af doesn't show ladyb....where is everyone else in their cycle? I got my second peak today but dh is away, so that's it for this month

Good luck ladyb! I'm on CD 10 and first month using the CBFM, cycle 5 for us so praying this is our month! Am still getting lows but think I should get highs soon and them hopefully a peak! My phone apps are saying I'm fertile now but have decided to go with the monitor this month and see what happens! I use 2 apps and one says I'm fertile now and the other says I will be fertile come Sunday so too confusing given I put the same info into both apps! Ohhhh, so want to be preggars this month! Hi all, I'm in my first month using cbfm and got my second high today. DP is home for a long weekend from tomorrow afternoon- poor man is going to find a me desperate to dtd. I should really work late but bollocks to it, I'm getting home early and getting started! Unfortunately I suspect that this approach may well freak DP out. Especially since like Chunder we had been a week out and dtd a lot to early, second weekend in a row of demanding lots of dtd poor man x

So, erm, having paid out for a CBFM about 2 weeks ago I just POAS and got a BFP! We're not completely relaxed as I had an early mc earlier this year but excited nonetheless!

I guess my CBFM will have to go away in the attic until we're ready to ttc#3! Good luck ladies

CD 8 for me today and third day using monitor and third high reading. Not dtd yet as not convinced with the monitors results which is stupid I know!

On cd6 there were definitely two lines One darker than other and I got a high. The last two days just one line is visable not even a hint of a second and still getting high readings.

Once you get one high result - will the monitor continually give you high readings until you reach a peak or 10 sticks? This is why I'm not convinced.

Ff changed my af and ovulation today... Annoying but I think the monitor is more reliable so guess I'll have to poas soon.
Just found out a work mate is preg without even trying grrr

Quick question, got another low today from monitor but have got EWCM today so do I DTD tonight or do I wait until monitor gives me a high reading or ideally a peak???

First month of using it so not sure what to do?
