Super confused

Hi ladies, I'm confused about my conception dates!
I dated my pregnancy from my last lmp which was 30th march with edd 4th jan, but had a scan on the 27th may and they said I was 7w2d then I had another on the 4th July and that one said I was 12w 6d with edd 10th Jan! So when did I consieve?

Is there anyway a 5mm (6week fetus) can be confused for a 10.8mm (7w 2day fetus)?

The only reason I ask is cos I went out on the 24th of April and drank 2 bottles of wine, and I'm worried I've hurt the baby :(

Please help me figure this out and put my mind at rest :(

I had a major boozy night out before having a bfp with Dd1. She's 11 now

Don't worry about it. There are so many women who've had a few drinks in the few weeks before finding out they were pregnant.
