TTC & using Fertility Gel???

I couldn't find another thread on this (I'm on my iphone)..
We have been TTC for 5.5 years with no luck - I tested a faint positive end of last year but MC.
We have been re-referred to Consultant at Fertility Clinic, our appt is on 7th August to discuss IVF.

I read up last month to see if there is anything else we can use or try before this appt, I come across Balance Activ Conceive Fertility Gel, which is designed to make getting pregnant that little bit easier.

Anything is worth a go right? So we purchased it and used it I'm my 'window' last week.... Due on next weekend, so it's a waiting game now to see if it's worked!!

Has anyone else used this? Has it been successful? I'd love to hear other experiences / stories ??

I think there is also another called Pre-seed. Haven't used either, but have read some positive stories on here and other forums where people have used gels with success.

We used Conceive Plus gel - it took us 6 months to conceive but then I had a mmc at 12 weeks. We used the gel for the last 2 months of trying.

Not sure if it helped us to conceive or not but I say anything that puts you in a positive frame of mind may help, that is, I found that it made us seems like we were trying everything.

I also took oil of evening primrose capsules from CD1 until ov and even took cough syrup to thin my cm which (allegedly) helps you to conceive.

I agree with you that anything is worth a go - I say go for it! We are ttc again now I'm on CD34 of my first cycle after mmc and still no sign of AF…waiting like you!
