Hello, just wondering if anyone has any experience of this or know what the hell my body might be doing?
TTC since January. Started using clearblue OPK last month. Had a positive OPK on cd20, cycle is normally 33-34 days, so this made sense. DTD plenty of times. Then got very faint bleed on cd28, 8 days post-ovulation. It started very very light so I got quite excited hoping it was implantation, but then it became like a proper period, red blood (unfortunately I was travelling home from holiday with no tampons etc on a long journey- not fun). Then heavier for the next day then almost nothing. Also- I didn't notice any of the normal period symptoms- boobs, mood changes etc, but could be because I was on holiday and was not looking for them.
Am I right in assuming this is too heavy to be implantation bleed? If it's a period, if my luteal phase is only 8 days that's bad right? Although if cycle is normally longer, luteal phase would normally be 13 days so hopefully this is just a one-off extra early period?
