I wasn't quite sure where to post this.
We've been ttc for 6 mths (5th cycle now) since a mmc. I conceived easily with my dd and last pg, but it's taking longer this time.
I'm fairly slim, but gained a bit of weight before the mc which hasn't magically disappeared, much to my disappointment. It's only now ttc is taking a few and months that I've realised the weight is slowly creeping on and I feel pretty unfit. I've never been sporty or particularly fit but am feeling it now.
I've been going to a weekly zumba class and am considering doing couch to 5k. I want to be fitter, my mum is 60 and much fitter than me!
BUT, I'm worried about increasing exercise from virtually nothing to quite heavy when ttc. Rationally I know I didn't do anything wrong to cause the mc last time, but it doesn't stop me worrying. And fingers crossed if/when I do fall pg and early pg tiredness makes it all seem like a bad idea, can I perservere (could my huffing and puffing and zumba-ing affect the pg?) or do I let my previous exercising efforts be in vain and embrace the inactivity!? .... I'm not trying to talk myself out of any effort, honest! I am actually worried about it. Thanks x
