Hello, I have this although it wasn't diagnosed when I went through my 2 pregnancies. I'd say, looking back, my pain was actually better during pregnancy, although it might have an impact on how you deliver eg I had natural birth and ruptured a disk in my neck by pushingConfused. I've had to have lots of surgery to put that right.

I've got degenerative disc disease, and I've got 2 children.
Pregnancy was fine both times but I did have some back pain towards the end of each. I declined epidural because I was worried about the spinal tap causing a problem.
I've now had 3 vertebrae fused and feel a lot better, but it was difficult surgery and recovery with 2 toddlers.

How fit and healthy are you? Being the right weight and making sure you have strong core muscles (from yoga and pilates) is so important to help support your back.
