Pregnant on the implanon?!

Hello, So I'm new here due to being 20 and on the contraceptive implant and over the past 7-10 days I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms. sore breasts, sickness but without vomiting, constipation and being completely over the top emotional crying.
Obviously I am very worried as I have been on the implant now for 4 years (had one for 3 years then replaced last August)

I did a test yesterday which came back negative but still really worried that I might be.

Has anybody else been pregnant whiles having the implant for such a long time?

Any advise would be fabulous!
Thank you

Implanon can give you pregnancy-like symptoms due to they way it works. If you are still feeling off in a week or so do take another test. It is possible to get pregnant on the Implanon (no contraception is 100%) but veery unlikely. If you still have concerns see your GP they can do blood tests.
