Hi ladies, I think I ovulated yesterday I had Been having cramping on the left side of my stomach area where I normally get pain around ovulation , I haven't has much discharge and I'm wondering if that is a bad sign , I did notice yesterday that a small amount was like egg whites but it really was not a lot ( sorry to gross you all out) . I haven't had the pain today , we dtd on late Saturday night early Sunday , wondering if I have any chance this month fx , sorry for all the bfn and fx to you all for your bfp soon x

Angela I think you're similar to me! DH and I DTD on Sunday night and I think I ovulated Tuesday, had similar ovulation pain sympotoms and backed up wth OPKs. Sperm can survive up to 7 days so we both do have a chance. I'm being a pessimist this month and don't think it happened for me for some reason but you definitely have a chance. I actually googled this exact scenario and several women got pregnant DTD a couple of nights prior to ovulation.

Bluesky and Angela, we will all be POAS the same time then, or near enough I ovulated Wednesday :). Good to have a couple of buddies waiting with you.

Whoop whoop Siarie POAS party coming up! When are you planning to test? I think I'll try and wait until a week on Saturday, when AF is due. Although I might be overseas with work, in which case I'll wait until the Tuesday the 29th in the unlikely scenario that AF hasn't arrived by then.

I would hope to wait until the Saturday or Sunday but if I get really impatient the earliest Is 10dpo that I would test. So that's Friday right?

I'm fully prepared to be waiting a few cycles for my BFP though but I might be lucky. I hope it doesn't take too long I'm quite pessimistic so I would start assuming I'm doomed.

I've just had a super dark opk, darker than control line. Yesterday they were equal. Not sure we will get to dtd tonight. I'm babysitting at a friends house and ds1 is due home from trip at 1am ish. Hopefully friend will be home before ds1 needs collecting otherwise it prob won't happen.

Does that mean I'm ov'ing today do you think oh knowledgable ones? I thought I had ovary twinges yesterday, today no twinges but v.bloated, very bloated, bleurgh.

Cpt i think when you get your darker-than-test-line line that means youll ovulate within about 12-24 hours and then youve got a maximum of 24 hours for the swimmer to get to the egg. If you dint manage tonight then tomorrow should be good too, if you can get a chance?

Of course you can lucie! I'm not symptom spotting until implantation :D makes me calmer and I'm more likely to get symptoms from the HCG hormone as I'm particularly sensitive to changes.

I've just come across this site. If you register email you get relaxation download to help manifest your baby. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea. There's also some interesting info on the blog, apparently you don't want cold feet when implantation is taking place, no walking round in bare feet ladies, get your socks on.

Hello all, total newbie here keen to join your bus! I think AF/BFP due 31 July so perhaps I ought to be on the August one? Stats are TTC #1, 2 age 33 (nearly 34).

Anyway, I have a lot of questions and I think you knowledgable ladies could help, if you don't mind?

I have been doing OPKs daily since CD12 currently CD15 and so far only faint lines. Today was darker but still lighter than control line. Virtually no visible CM but feel 'damp' (TMI!). Have been having a Lot of short, sharp stabby pains in the right place all day with a few less severe yesterday. I have pretty regular 28 day cycles so should I assume I am going to ov or that I have and missed the LH surge? Or that I haven't and won't ov at all? One OPK stick left to use...

Hi Rusty! Welcome!! I would suggest to keep using OPKs until you get a positive, which in my case can be up to CD20. However, everyone is different. Some women miss their surge all together if it is short. I would say, use the OPK tomorrow afternoon but keep DTD every other day about 4 or 5 more times to cover all bases.

kurama looks like we are in the same boat! Let's keep the hope up together (((hugs))) I think I'll take advice from Brixton and the oracle that is TCOYF and test again after checking temps on Sunday that is if the red bitch stays away

Cpn I second Blue's advice and you are most likely to ovulate tomorrow. If I were you, I'd nab DH any which way I could, today, tomorrow and the day after, just to be sure, you understand
