April - hellooo! sorry AF got you but good to hear the acupuncture etc may have been having some impact! I've got my next sesh on Thursday, now am back am planning to go more often so will see if it helps at all. Did you get the CBT book? Am really glad I read that - hopefully you get some good insights as you read through. It just takes one or two new ways to look at your own situation I find, to make things easier!

Chandlers yes! We got a new SoS so this morning it was all systems go go go!
My sister had her scan and it showed she was earlier than she thought so it looks like she's going to have an abortion tomorrow morning, poor love to be going through this. The people at BPAS were apparently amazing though and made her feel much less worried and told her that whatever she decided she would be ok. So that's good. Xx

xBlue - Brixton and English said it best - and don't beat yourself up this month!! As you said, you didn't go for it on the DTD front much this time round so focus on making the most of this next fresh new cycle.

Kurama I've been reading Change Your Thinking with CBT by Dr Sarah Edelman and applying the logic to my personal TTC hassles. Worked wonders for me. Not being stressed is one of the crucial criteria for successful TTC too, so am glad!!

for you blueberry. I had the same experience this month - some weird symptoms, some early light bleeding that I hoped would be implantation bleeding - and fucking AF 5 days early. Sucks, doesn't it!

Sorry about being AWOL yesterday-was the only way I could cope with waiting. 14dpo for me and still no AF. POAS on a FRER this morning and definitely a BFN Just annoyed I have to wait for AF to arrive now. I really hate longer cycles-CD34 and I could be nearly a week into a new cycle already. Gah!
Will stay on this bus until the evil red terrorist arrives. Will now read back and catch up!!!
