I couldn't resist again this morning poas and a BFN but I am only 11 dpo so I'm not losing hope. Off for blood test this morning, going to ask about last weeks - I can definitely stop obsessing if they say I didn't actually ovulate despite the +opk.

Low & behold the old hag got me! I haven't read back yet, but will do so x Thankfully, I am off work today, as they are all off on a day trip, & there was enough help. At least that. So after I catch up with you all, I will be heading off to the August bus with a heavy heart x Oh gosh, not looking forward to telling my DH!

I'm sorry laurano, I think some months are worse than others. But when you're feeling ready the August bus is just as lovely. I'm saddling both as next bfp due 31st July?! 2 chances in sane month for once.

I think I'm 2dpo. We didn't end up dtd as much as we'd planned but we did our best and it only takes once. handed in our forms to get referred to the fertility clinic this morning - terrified but hope it will help me feel more I'm control.

Thank you all for you kind words & support! I really appreciate it x My DH looked gutted when I told him, it broke my heart. Men are strange creatures though, & insensitive at times. He quickly got over his disappointment, whilst I am left holding the pieces of a shattered dream yet again x I wonder if we could exchange body parts for a month, would he understand the pain! hehe Now that is a fine notion!

Okay so update, BFN again this morning but just did a OPK and I got this?

I thought I already ovulated as I had darker OPK's on the 3/4rd of July but not as dark as the control line so assumed that I missed the test. After that point the tests went light again until now.

Do that mean that all the pains I've had was my body thickening it's lining and preparing to ovulate? We've been DTD every day anyway so we will cover this evening if it is ovulation but I'm confused.

It got a little darker since I took the picture too O.o

siarie if you had a positive opk on 3/4th, you might not have ovulated till the 5th, meaning you might still only be 9dpo, rather than 10 or 11. I say take a rest from poas and wait till wed/thurs to test again

notoasthere I shall no POAS for a few days, this TTC stuff is a lot more stressful than I thought it would be. I'll be happy when I get my usual cycles sorted :D xx

Forgot to say earlier that my temp also shot up to 37.19 as well. However, last cycle, my temps didn't dip before AF so that's not really a helpful sign for me. Also, yesterday afternoon, i had a 2 mm wide roughly 6mm long bit of red when i wiped which is why i thought to myself if AF wasn't here, i'd PIAC.
Felt like gushing down below all day, but nothing on my panty liner either.

I dunno. This is all too much!! Beginning to think my bleeding was corpus luteum shedding a la Amanda Bears FAQ page. Men don't know how lucky they are!!
Good news though is my LP must be getting longer and all I've been taking is Frolic Acid.

Siarie an opk will quite often show two lines no matter what but they are only ever positive if the test line is as dark as or darker than the control line and that includes if you are pregnant but they won't show positive until AF is actually late, they are not realiable for a bfp I'm afraid
