How long does vit B6 stay in your system?

A long shot to see if anyone knows this!!

I took vitamin B6 last month because my luteal phase was a bit short (11 days). It seemed to work as my luteal phase last cycle was nearly 15 days! However this cycle, I haven't taken B6 and I'm 14dpo today with a BFN. Thought I'd go back to having a shorter LP this cycle.

according to this website Vit B6 is water soluable and so only stays in teh body for a short time

Thanks iota, I was doubtful that B6 would still be in my system now.

Could also be as a result of your progestrone levels pandaeyes, saw on another thread that you have good levels (though don't know much about levels myself yet).

Yes you could be right MrsMcJnr. I took EPO this cycle which has perhaps made for healthier hormone levels. I'm really not sure how good 60 is for day 21 progesterone. Wish I did!
