So who is an expert in OPKs? It's my first month of doing them properly. Have done one last four days ( am on CD11) now, except today it is lighter than last few days. Any ideas?
No positive yet so am hoping will start to get darker but wondered if others have found they are sometimes a bit all over the place?
I've just got eBay cheapy ones and have done them after not weeing for a good few hrs about 2 in afternoon.
Advise anyone?

I certainly found they could get randomly darker or lighter a bit before going properly dark. Stick with it, and hopefully you will get a positive soon! Good luck.

My first cycle I only got almost positives after testing mid morning and around two as that seemed to be the norm

The second cycle I went a bit mad and tested from when I got up right through to when I went to bed and found that FMU which they say never to use showed me first with an almost positive, during the day they stayed about the same or faded a little but at 10/11pm at night was when I got my blazing positives.

By the morning they were almost positive or positive and faded out during the day.

I kept all my tests sticking them to a piece of cardboard for reference the next cycle.

My third cycle I got my BFP.

I would test like I did for a couple of cycles until you learn what your body does.

The standard 2pm/afternoon didn't work for me. And FMU was the indicator as to whether I was going to get a positive that night but it says not to use FMU everywhere you look.

Hope you sort it and good luck with your ttc journey. x
