Not sure what's happening... Help!

Hello :) this is my first post on here so please bear with me!

I started taking cerazette in march this year and have never taken BC before. On the weekend 17/18 May I was ill (won't go into gory details) but I didn't really think much of it at the time. On the 23/05 I had some brown/pink discharge and a couple of days light bleeding. I googled it and after reading about implantation bleeding I stopped taking the BC.

Since then I've been having lots of other strange things happening (sore boobs,tired,emotional,sickness,totally gone off cigarettes coffee and mayo?! And eating absolutely loads)

Anyway, I have taken 3 tests over the past 3 weeks and all came back negative. Not really sure what's going on,could it just be cerazette side effects? Thanks!

Cerazette is progesterone only contraceptive and what you describe are side effects/symptoms of progesterone. Which is also the hormone of pregnancy. So I would suggest you have a blood test to see if you are pregnant or not.

Hi, I think you can just get random bleeding on Cerazette and if you were ill the drop in hormone levels might have caused it. Like Mumymum said, those symptoms are an effect of progesterone. If you are getting a neg test after 3 weeks since you last had sex then you are probably not pregnant, but could got docs for a blood test if you need reassurance. You could discuss what happened with the pill also and they might switch you to one which suits you better. Good luck
