Stupid question regarding cyclogest (progesterone)

I have one DD and have had 5 mcs - 3 before, and 2 after

Went a couple of weeks ago to see Prof B in Coventry to test for NK cells and before the results come round he gave me cyclogest to take from day 21 to 27 and then test on day 28...

My question, for people who have taken it... considering i have to go to work, long commute, no seats, running about after the 2yo DD... is it better to, ahem, apply in the front or the back way?

Of course wearing a pad for the day is a given (or is a liner enough?)

I'm still on day 15, so will come back in a few days ...

I preferred them up the back way- they stayed in better. Is it just one a daY? In which case do it before you go to bed and by the time you wake up most will have been absorbed. And there will be very little leakage- a liner was fine.
