Late period, neg pg test!?

Hi all, my periods are usually bang on reliable, every 28 days, you could put money on it! About 2-3 times a year my cycle will jump to 30 days. I am now 4 days overdue (so in theory on my reg cycle day 31) and still no period. I have done 2 tests, one on Sunday and one this morning, both negative.
I am getting slight light cramps (but also a similar feeling to when I need a poo, sorry!) We are ttc, but tbh I thought I hadn't even ovulated last month and we only got it on twice, a week apart.
I need to go to the GP anyway to get a repeat rx (unrelated) should I mention it?
Any ideas?

i didn't test positive until i was a week late, and even when i went to the doctors, i didn't show positive on their test it wasn't until i had a blood test, that it came back positive, it might be worth mentioning it?

Thanks pickle. I think I'm going to a ask for a blood test. Do you know how long they take usually?
I'm trying not to think about it and not get my hopes up!

I came on this morning. Oh well. The fun starts again soon!
