Hi ladies - I started using OPKs this month and I'm rather confused. I know I'm not supposed to test with FMU therefore I waited until after 10am and got a +ve result however later on the same day around 6pm I got a negative. Any suggestions? I'm so confused Confused.

I used OPKs when ttc DS, this was always the case for me. I was worried there was something wrong but apparently not. The test picks up the surge so you have about a day before ovulation, as long as you DTD as close to the surge as possible and then a few days after you shouldn't miss it.

I got the +ve OPK yesterday morning at 10am - we DTD the night before and that night too. Planning to take another OPK this morning around the same time and gonna keep my fingers and toes crossed. So if I get another +ve OPK this morning (which would mean 2 days in a row) is it likely I'm ovulating or will ovulate in the next 12/36 hours? Sorry for so many questions - with my first pregnancy I didn't use OPKs so this is a whole new world to me.
