Advice please

TTC after mc a few months ago. My period is pretty regular, every 28 days. The question I want to ask is how do you check for your fertility window? Are you using anything in particular (have only just been half looking at mucus so far) or are just letting nature take its course? If so, how often is everyone having sex? Are you trying on the 14 day? Last time I fell pregnant I didn't even think we'd done it at the right time! Thanks in advance.

I think you can approach TTC in different ways. Either DTD every other day from end of your AF to start of next to cover all days or you can try and pinpoint your ovulation and BD around then. You can do that using opks/monitors, temping, monitoring your cf etc. I personally use the Fertility Friend app which you put all the info in and it works out your fertile window and ovulation. It's helped us target our 'efforts' and showed me that I ovulate late (cd 17/18). Most people don't ovulate bang on cd 14! I guess it depends how into it you want to be. Maybe check out the FF app and see if that's what you'd like to do? Good luck!
