I'm trying for a baby! With my partner! Excited that the time has finally come any top tips? I would love some home truths, parents little secrets? Anything will help! Thankyou!

Hi Littledollylolly - love the name! Do not know where to start with TTC really. Except to say don't worry if you become totally obsessed within 2 weeks of starting (or less) it is completely normal!
I can tell you that I got pregnant very quickly first time from checking my cervical mucus (when it's clear and very stretchy is when you are fertile). I am now TTC no.2 and body not as reliable at giving indicators anymore so am turning to Ovulation Predictor Kit to tell me. Others also do BBT tracking to see when they have actually ovulated. The most reliable way to get pregnant though is this - have sex every other day and don't stress out.
Also, get as fit and healthy as you can. Not only will this increase your chances of conceiving, and help you grow a lovely, healthy baby, but will be your saviour during labour. It's called labour for a reason! Best of luck and lots of babydust. Hope you have a bun in your oven very soon
