Hi, I temp but don't use fertility friend. Found this website which I use when I take my temperature when I wake up earlier or later than normal;

www.mymonthlycycles.com/bbtadjust.jsp

However, if your body temperature wasn't taken immediately on waking (from at least 3 hours of sleep) then it won't be accurate I'm afraid.

Thanks AprilRay will it make any difference to my chart if i miss a day? Totally gutted :(
My temps have stayed up...there was a temp dip at 6dpo but then went back up & were still up yday. X

You'll just have to discount today and carry on as normal. It won't be an accurate reading at all.

Aprilray · 14/06/2014 20:00

I wouldn't worry about it onemoretime I have missed days and just joined up the dots from the day before and the day after the missed day. Like AntinousWild says, just carry on as normal Smile

Mine fluctuate but are obviously higher post ov than pre ov and then they drop down towards pre ov level just before AF arrives. It's normal for temps to fluctuate, what's important is that they stay high.

Im happy then :)
I was so worried i wasnt ov at all, so hopefully next few months of charting i will beable to get a clearer picture xx Thanks
