Ovulation Tests... Question!

I came off the pill last month so I'm in my first proper cycle.

Bought some ovulation tests (the cheapie strips) just so I have an idea when / if I ovulate. The instructions say to let your sample cool to room temp for 20 mins. I don't really fancy having a cup of wee lying around for 20mins...

Is it really important to do this, or will they still work if you test sooner? Sorry if this is a daft question - newbie!

I use ic tests too. I test straight away and don't have an issue.

It's ok, they mean if it's come out the fridge it needs to get up to room temp. Using it straight away is fine, late afternoon is best time. Have fun, it becomes obsessive!
