missed miscarriage...how long till you were back in a normal cycle?

As the question above really? I miscarried 2 weeks ago and still waiting to get a bleed ?? I would like to get back in the cycle again but currently feel like that's never going to happen...

nsgirl, sorry to hear of your loss. I too miscarried years ago so understand your anxiety. Personally myself after the miscarriage I got my next period 5 weeks after. But of course everyone is different. I made sure I ate well and generally looked after myself. My periods were back to being regular straight away so after 3 months we tried again and got pregnant. I got a gorgeous boy and the pregnancy was trouble free. Just look after yourself and hopefully your body will get back to 'normal' very soon x

I had a mmc last year, I bled for 1 day 11 days after my erpc, then had a normal period 17 days after that. So basically went back to a normal cycle, I then had 3 cycles before I fell pregnant!

For me I had to have medical management in the September, I had no periods at all until I fell pregnant the following may.

The doctor only started getting concerned once I hit the 6 month mark.

So sorry for your loss OP. I had a mmc in Feb, bled for about a week after the erpc then got my first period 3 weeks later. Straight back to normal cycle after that, though my first two periods were very painful and unusually short. Third one seemed back to normal too.

I had a mmc last march, once I was told by EPU it was another week before I started to bleed and pass the pregnancy naturally. I bled for a few days and my next cycle started exactly 28 days after the bleeding stopped.

Sorry for your loss. I had a mmc in April, had a long and heavy period about a week after I finished bleeding from the mc and just finished my second period which was back to normal so I guess my cycles are back to how they were now

Thank you all, I guess I just have to be patient and let my body heal... I am so worried that I won't be able to conceive again :( I know I'm being a little irrational.
I really appreciate all your kindness, its not really something I can talk to anyone about in RL even my dh can't understand because I don't think it was ever real for him anyway

nsgirl i too worried I wouldn't be able to conceive, that maybe I was infertile or that I wouldn't be be able to carry a baby to term. I also worried that I may damage my womb having the erpc.

My worries have lessened now I am pregnant again!
