Ok so i made a thread a few days ago about agnus castus to see what people thought. its now arrived from amazon AF is due 15th and i plan on taking 1-2 capsules a day starting from that day until OV seems good right ? but i've read on previous zombie threads that other MNers have been using 400mg tablets not 1000mg !! so really not use how many to take now Confused 1 a day should be ok ?? it has to be better than the synthetic vitamins and stuff like pregnacare which messed AF up big time. Btw i don't OV as far i know its been 1 month of fertility tracking and no OV but the clearblue monitor works like that first month so maybe i am OV Hmm so so confused !! ive been TTC 8 months im 20 so i thought id get PG straight away oh how wrong i was.

What are your periods like generally speaking?.

If they are irregular in nature this problem is often caused by hormonal imbalances, a condition called polycystic ovaries can be the cause as are problems with the thyroid gland. Both can be looked for through blood tests.

You would be better off seeking the advice of a properly qualified medical herbalist re dosage of AC rather than buying this via Amazon. Its not always a good idea to self medicate with AC either because in some cases it can make hormonal imbalances a lot worse.

I would talk to your GP and see if you can now have blood tests done to see what your hormone levels are actually like.

My periods are a normal 30 day cycle and i have all the right hormone surges at the right times of the month but just not ovulating so i want to try this before seeking medical advice.
