MMC and ERPC in early March, TTC April & May.

i've been using Internet cheapies to see if I ovulate - no solid lines but plenty of faint ones.

I felt O pain each month, lots of BD at that time, EWCM - all seemed like it was going well.

AF 5th May - 2 days. That makes me c.40CD according to FertilityFriend.

i've been peeing on Internet cheapies for 10 days at least now - 10miu. ALWAYS BFN.

I have a Dr appt booked for next Wed - I feel like poop - bloated, nauseous, headachey - not like AF is en route, or pregnant - no sore boobs etc.

I wouldn't be sorry to see her by the way - feeling like I'm in limbo land.

so, to get back to the topic - tell me, would you go and spend a tenner on a FRER or would you suck it in and wait for AF?

I have used a lot of internet cheapies and have found them ridiculously sensitive if anything, so more likely to give a false positive than a false negative. With this in mind I wouldn't be rushing out to buy a FRER I would wait for AF.

Hi jbee -so sorry to hear about your mmc. Hope you're okay.

After my miscarriage end of Feb, I had too really long cycles and as it turns out, anovulatory cycles. Was using CB digi opks then and just got highs-record 13 days before i ran out of two months supply in one cycle. Missed March completely.

Middle of May, when my AF started, I started to BBT temp on the advice of another poster. Best thing I ever did. Confirmed I ovulated and even finally got positive results on my ic OPKs that coincide with the chart. Just looks like my body took a while to get ready again.

I do recommend starting to bbt chart unless you have any other issues that might interfere with results. Of course, not helpful right now, i know. Good luck.

I would spend money on a FRER - just to know one way or the other. I found them better than the ic hpts. Double good luck!

Thanks kitty, thats really helpful I tried temping for about 5 days at the start of this cycle but DH didn't like it - looked obsessive. he can't see me peeing on sticks twice a day so I can get away with that better! !

I wii try again though for my own peace of mind. my thermometer is in Celsius to one decimal place, would you recommend Fahrenheit?

the only condition that throws out the temping is a fondness for a glass or two of wine on a Saturday night - which I read HELPS CONCEPTION as it helps you relax and forget
