Hi everyone, I know this is probably a bit early (since it isn't July yet) but I thought I would start a new thread for those who lost their tickets for previous busses and for those who are beginning their bus journey now. Please feel free to add your stats to the list and grab a good seat while you can. Best of luck to everyone TTC and I look forward to getting many BFP's posted on here.

Good luck with your app choccy ! Hope it went well
Sorry mrsgingerbread :(. You're hopefully heading to the right direction now though . Hopefully levels come back to normal soon ! Hugs

TheGrandHighWitch · 27/06/2014 17:09

No worries Treacle19. Agree the nausea seems to be sent to torment us lol.

Just realised that I forgot to attach my chart pic (seem to be very forgetful lately). Here should be the link to it: here. Do any of you have similar wrt temps? I feel like mine is completely off track this cycle as it is all over the place and a bit worried that nothing will come of it as I have thrown a lot at ttc this month.

Treaclepie19 · 27/06/2014 17:16

It looks good to me :) pretty obvious ovulation and steady temps.

notoasthere · 27/06/2014 17:27

Welcome aboard to the new faces - I have to say this is a most splendid bus indeed!

TheGrandHighWitch · 27/06/2014 17:34

Thanks for looking Treaclepie19 (see eventually I get your name right Hmm). I guess I worry that they look more like a mountain backdrop rather than the steady climb I am used to from previous cycles.

Agree notoasthere this is definitely a splendid bus.

Treaclepie19 · 27/06/2014 17:50

Haha I hadn't noticed!
I wouldn't worry, mine tend to be like that anyway.
Have you got Taking Charge Of Your Fertility?

That's what I use for all my cycle queries.

Teadrinkerandatinker · 27/06/2014 18:04

Does anyone else on here use a clearblue monitor ? i had a peak yesterday and one today which is normal but it went straight from low to peak without a high which is strange just hoping for some advice on it

Choccywoccydodah · 27/06/2014 18:42

Hi ladies

I've just written a massive post and it's bloody disappeared!

Right, had my appointment with prof Brosens and he was very clear and explained everything. It was the first time things made perfect sense!

Basically my body is either rejecting everything, healthy or not, or not being picky by letting the embryo stick, even if there is something wrong with it, but then letting go.

My body needs a reset as it were so basically this month I'm bolloxed. We are to stop trying for 2 months, and the 2nd month post last mc they are going to do the uterine testing for Nk cells.

He said recurrent mc is more common if your previous pregnancy was a boy too, who knew!

However, due to the fact I am ovulating at the moment and not taking precautions, chances are I may catch again this month. If i do, i do, there's nothing I can do about it now. You never know, I could carry it this time!
If I do have another mc though, I've got to wait I would assume ANOTHER 2 months :(
Then the results are up to another 4 weeks, so it's going to be a long wait!

If I have high no cells I have to take steroids, heparin and something else I can't remember. If all is normal, I just bin the steroids and they'll put me on the other 2 things.

He didn't mention cost of the testing at all, so I'm not sure if it's now free or whether I'll get slapped with a bill! I've not mentioned that to dh as I want this test!

So basically I'm on hold and a little bit gutted :(

1moretime · 27/06/2014 19:18

Hey everyone Smile

The crack has been good on the bus today :-)

Well my temp finally dropped back below coverline today at cd9.
Last cycle i ov late at cd28 so a bit of a long journey for me!!
Hope you are all well xx

FoscarC · 27/06/2014 19:51

choccy sorry to hear you're feeling down in the dumps. I know it must be frustrating for you. But you have to try and look at the positive. At least you now have some answers and most importantly you have a plan. At least now you have something to aim towards and although 2 or 3 months sounds like ages I'm sure it will fly by and if you get your BFP and it sticks from it then it's surely a really great thing. This really is a positive.xx

MrsGingerbread · 27/06/2014 19:53

Hi choccy Great to hear how you got on. Really pleased that things made sense for you. Sorry if you feel that you are in limbo for a little while, but I hope that this is a turning point for you. Did the dr have any idea why this may have happened at this point? ( Am I right that you are ttc #2?)

I'm in limbo too, so I know how slowly time goes. Shall we limbo together? Cake? x

treacle Yes, back in another week, think they will sign me off from the hospital when I get down below 20.
I am going to go to my gp next week to fill her in and see her opinion of if I need to wait for a 0 before ttc again, or when she thinks would be sensible to try again. For my own sanity I at least need to wait for a bfn.

English how are you doing today my dear?

I'm on a declutter and organise mission this weekend. First place to attack is some of the kitchen cupboards. Dh is hiding. I scare him when I get into this kind of mood, he says it is in case I tidy him away. :)

notoasthere · 27/06/2014 20:14

choccy Sorry to hear you are feeling a bit despondent, but it sounds like there is a clear plan in place and if there is no lucky bean this month, you at least know what you are working towards with regards to testing/treatment

Aprilray · 27/06/2014 20:22

GrandHighWitch I only have 8 sticks left which will be enough to see me through this cycle. Have a box on order and like you hoping I won't need them (though can always hang on to them for when it comes to ttc#2). Oops- got over excited and updated stats earlier, sorry to everyone on phones, you're right once a day is plenty Smile

Teadrinker I got loads of lows and was doing some googling, some people do go straight from low to peak, I wouldn't worry.

TheGrandHighWitch · 27/06/2014 20:54

Fx *Aprilray that you won't need them. If you do, you should only need 10 per cycle after this one as it will 'know you' so to speak. So the box should last you two cycles. Plus after your first peak it will automatically give you another peak the next day, then high, then low regardless of whether you do a fresh stick or not so if you keep a used one back, you can save yourself a few sticks there. It is helpful to keep one back anyway as you need a used/blank one to reset the monitor when you next use it. Dependent on when you next plan to ttc, I would say check out the expiry date on them. It may be better to try to sell them on if you know you won't use them in time. No worries on the stats list, I just find that I post the list then a couple of new passengers join and I don't want to fill the page with the stats over and over Grin.

That's reassuring Treaclepie19 re my temps. Thanks for checking them out.

So much for being symptomless, I have had frequent bouts of nausea all day and just vomited up my dinner (was a takeaway so especially annoying as money quite literally down the drain).

OP posts:
spinningirl10 · 27/06/2014 21:37

Ooh grandwitch, that could be a symptomGrin

Welcome newbies, Mulberry are you named after Mulberry bags?

English, good to hear you're settling back in and enjoying being back, really hope you a sticky bean soon.

Lauran, how was your accupunture, how often do you go? I'm starting reflexology on Monday, never had it before so I'm quite excitedGrin

Choccy, sorry to hear you're feeling down after your appointment, it will be hard to take 2 months off but you need to get to the bottom of things and get your sticky bean. I'm sure you said some time ago that you're off to Singapore for the Grand Prix, is that right, when do you go? My sister is a massive F1 fan and always to goes to Silverstone.

Has anyone seen Mama? If you're reading Mama how are you doing?

Treaclepie19 · 27/06/2014 21:49

So sorry Mrsgingerbread.
I hope it goes down quickly.

No problem grand :)

Sounds lovely :)

cinnamongreyhound · 27/06/2014 22:25

Sorry to hear that you're fed up Choccywoccydodah but at least there is direction and you will hopefully not have to go through another mc. Two months off may also be good for you!

Sorry you're so emotional treaclepie19, tears maybe what you need though.

I've had some horrible cramps today. Did a 5 mile race that I signed up for ages ago tonight and feel so much better now. Kind of expect af to be here when I got back with all the cramps and juggling around but nothing.

cinnamongreyhound · 27/06/2014 22:27

Lunchtime dtd sounds good to me kurama!

gennibugs · 27/06/2014 22:33

Evening all

Sorry some are feeling so down. Thanks To those of you feeling sad.

I had a cry this evening to DH in the pub of all places can never go back in there again now but feeling a bit more positive now and going to give it a good go again this month. He confessed this is the first month where me getting AF has hit him hard and he's wondering if there is something wrong with us so I need to be stronger and more pragmatic to help him too now.

Is anyone poas in the morning? If so good luck!!! I'm going to jump into bed now and catch up on Eastenders with tea and some biscuits Grin Got a lovely day tomorrow planned of shopping and wine so looking forward to that WineWine

FoscarC · 27/06/2014 22:34
