Hi everyone, I know this is probably a bit early (since it isn't July yet) but I thought I would start a new thread for those who lost their tickets for previous busses and for those who are beginning their bus journey now. Please feel free to add your stats to the list and grab a good seat while you can. Best of luck to everyone TTC and I look forward to getting many BFP's posted on here.

My ticket for this bus arrived this morning. Sorry to see everyone here, I had hoped you would all stay on the June bus!

notoasthere · 24/06/2014 15:12

Am I safe to go to the chiropractor tomorrow? can't see the physio for another 2 (!) weeks but can get an emergency app at the chiropractic clinic instead

lp2014 · 24/06/2014 15:35

Thanks foscar! I test on 5th July!

TheGrandHighWitch · 24/06/2014 15:36

Thanks cinnamongreyhound, Cpt1sock, kurama and FoscarC. Wrt testing, I always do it when my husband isn't around because if he knows I am going to test then he bothers me every few minutes asking if I need to pee yet Hmm. For both my previous bfp's I woke him up with a glass of orange juice and told him the news. Then he likes to scrutinise the sticks while he decides if there is a line or not (they tend to be faint when I test) before deciding we need to get another test to make sure. He has joked that this time he will be wary of me waking him up with a glass of orange juice as he knows what to expect Grin.

FoscarC · 24/06/2014 15:53

cinammon I thinks it because we will be doing some deep soft tissue work on each other's abdomen. Although I'm sure this wouldn't actually affect a baby? A bit like everything else. Hasn't been tested so they say not to just in case. I will just wait and see I think.

Stepawayfromthezebras · 24/06/2014 16:00

Hi Capt, I didn't know they did ones without the flashing smiley face. I'd def get them though, more potential days to catch that sticky bean! :)

KittyVonCatsington · 24/06/2014 17:12

My record of flashing smiley faces was 13 days. Still didn't get a solid smiley. Have learnt to hate the smiley face now! I emailed Clear Blue and they said as soon as you get a smiley face, the holder is programmed to keep flashing until an LH surge. If your body 'stops starts' like mine did, it won't be helpful. I'm just saying this as the box says you get roughly 2 days of flashing until solid and isn't always true, not to put you all off it, as they work great with perfect cycles Grin

Sorry you are jumping on this bus spinning and fattycow

(taking a break from report writing too Treacle*!!)

spinningirl10 · 24/06/2014 17:25

Thanks ladies, nice to be among so many friendly faces Grin

Ginger, yay to positive opk, have fun Wink

Stepawayfromthezebras · 24/06/2014 17:33

Ah thanks for the explanation Kitty! I'm not too bothered about the 5 days of flashing smileys at the moment as I'm happier to think that this cycle I may be ovulating on CD 14 rather than my usual 8/9 but was starting to wonder why it was staying high.

Treaclepie19 · 24/06/2014 18:32

I had the same as kitty, did eventually get my solid smiley but it took a very long time. Using these again though to finish the pack I'd got alongside temping.

Haha how are you doing kitty? I've finished writing mine now but they're in for Friday and I need to proof read them. Got induction evening thursday night too. My favourite thing... public speaking :(

Choccywoccydodah · 24/06/2014 18:44

Just reading back and noticed the stats have gone back to the old ones :(
Hope all ok everyone, not got through yet!

MrsGingerbread · 24/06/2014 18:50

Update here... af had arrived! Hooray! :) Hoping that will bring down my hcg so I can get that elusive bfn.

(All of this stuff feels so wrong! I'm the reverse of everyone else! )

Feeling a bit run down with everything, so I have taken tomorrow off work so I can do whatever I want. Currently no plans... suggestions welcome!
