Ok so if I'm 9 weeks 4 days by ultrasound can someone tell me if I conceived late March or around 10th April. As I'm confused with regards to the two weeks added thing my last period was March so that's useless to go off. Just need conception date/week or even month! Thanks.

9 weeks 4 days by utrasound means that conception happened 7 weeks 4 days ago approximately. Sperm can live several days so you could have conceived as a result of sex anywhere from 7 weeks 4 days ago to 8 weeks 1 day ago. This is approximate of course as scan measurements cant be 100% accurate.

Without a calendar handy, i expect when you check you will find 7.5 weeks ago was mid April.

I'm just confused do they add the two weeks on at the scan?

Yes it is so scan dates more or less match the dating from last period system of measurements. As i say, scan dating is not guaranteed to tell you exactly when you conceived. Im sorry if i am totally off the mark but these sort of threads are often about paternity. The only way to be sure if that is dna test. However, i would say that the father must be someone you had sex with in early April, unlikely to be march.
