Anyone else?? Ovulation yesterday and today and been dtd lots!! Ttc #2 2cycle. Let's hope we get our bfp!!

I'm not testing before Friday but I'll wait longer if I can. Suspect AF is on its way though, so it won't be necessary.

Ok so the countdown to pregnancy says i should wait to Sat to test ...18dpo??? Is this right it says my next period is due Sat..but ff predicts af tomorrow!! Confused
Is this because i have irreg cycles due to pcos?
I ov on day cd28 & am now on cd42. X

If your cycle is irregular it prob won't be as accurate so don't lose hope! It ain't over till AF arrives so fingers crossed she stays away. x

Hey newbie, I tried those new opks today and they are fine. Take longer than others but they feel more.... Scientific(?!) so I quite like them. As long as they change to fertile when I expect them to then I will trust them! If this month isn't my month again I don't think I will use opks next time. My husband wants to DTD everyday anyway incase....!!!! I was gonna go for every other day until my fertile period but hmm. Husbands!! I'm going to try very hard not to symptom spot. I suppose the more months that pass the easier that will be because I will feel certain there's something wrong and not be expecting to get pregnant anyway!

Oh thanks red bunny, I think I've to start using them on Sunday so fingers crossed! Re DTD, I'm sick of it, ha ha! I'm planning on every other day during my fertile period as I read somewhere that your man's 'product' is better quality then but who knows:) here's hoping BFP's will be soon! X

Ugh. Feel a bit sick today, rotten headache and am so tired that I just fell asleep on DD's floor while sitting with her to keep her calm while she went to sleep. Think it is probably because she has been ill and I've averaged under 6 hours sleep for the last fortnight, but looking forward to POAS at the weekend and finding out!

I've heard that they are better quality DTD every other day too newbie - something to do with swimming straighter and faster with that extra time to mature!

Yes my plan was to try every other day as I haven't conceived yet since last mc. Although the last two times I've been pregnant we DTD every day. When I conceived my daughter we were DTD usually three times a day....

Still no AF here. officially late now, which is making me anxious. I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant, and she's just playing tricks. What's making me anxious is that the later she is, the later my next fertile time will prob me. This will mean it will no doubt happen when DP is working night shifts and I'm working 9-5. We see each other gor about 20 mins in the morning (and he's in no fit state for DTD after a twelve hour shift) and 40 mins in the evening. Argh, pressure! He seems v interested in, erm, lifting up maxi skirts, (in the privacy of our own home!) so I think I'll be wearing those a lot during ovulation!

Oh no pinpan! Still you don't know for sure. Which is equally annoying I know. I got spotting before AF and I didn't feel optimistic anymore but there's still that chance that it might not be AF properly coming! Do you know how many dpo you are?

Redbunny, glad you are enjoying your CB dual hormone. I'm going to order some IC OPKs and probably end up torturing myself over not getting a line/working out if the line is darker. Expect photos!

I usually get a couple of days spotting before AF so I'm fairly resigned. Got a helluva lot on at the moment so it's probably for the best. Still though. Plus it's not fair that my cycle has switched from ~28 days to 25 exactly when we started TTC. Leaving it to 1moretime to keep hope alive for the thread!

Ladyflower this is exactly why I won't buy cheap strip opks or hpts anymore. I just don't trust them and end up paying out on more expensive ones anyway!
That is annoying about your cycle length changing pinpan. I know i always just want to know what's going on with my own body! The plus of having a shorter cycle though is that you end up with more chances to ttc...

Its amazing how everyone's cycles are so different, its really frustrating to have no control over our own bodies (apart from DTD )! Good luck 1moretime, as they say don't give up hope until AF arrives! Same for you pinpan!

I remember doing OPK's last time ladyflower and I had one lot that never went positive so I bought some more, still cheapies I think and they worked, I guess there is always a risk with every test that's why I prefer checking CM, cervix, BBT and charting, apart from the fact it doesn't tell you that you've OVed until after!

I am waiting for AF to arrive, I think I OVed last Monday (purely based on the fact that was my last day of EWCM and my cervix was at its highest and open) so today is 10dpo, we weren't really trying this month so I want AF to hurry up so I can start a new chart afresh as it will be my first since coming off the pill. Last time I came off I went into 26-28 day cycles after my first AF and my luteal phase was about 12 days so I hope AF will arrive in the next few days.

Hi everyone I'm still lurking but currently on holiday so won't even be able to poas till at the earliest Sunday. One of my apps says af due sat and the other one says af due mon so I'll see if she arrives over the weekend then possibly poas! This is my first cycle since coming off the pill so I'm insure as to length etc.

Hep I everyone, day 39 here, gonna test again tomorrow, I wish either I get a bfp or af arrives waiting is killing me. I've only just come off pill but I really thought I would be one of the lucky ones to revert straight back to normal

Hey everyone.
Strange how you can go from being so excited & positive to feeling so low & sad. Excited this morning about poas & looking longingly at the stick hoping to see a hint of pink...but no bfn..then about 1hr later AF turned up!!
My temp dropped yday a little then dropped again this morning so had a feeling.
Sad thing is i really thought i was gonna test positive. Felt so different...but no just my body & mind playing tricks on me!

On the plus side my cycle hasnt been as long as last months. 43 days ...instead of 56 days.
I can carry on temping now too & try to get a better picture of my cycle as last months i only started mid cycle.

Well, I'm in a strop because my hubbie has been given a date for his back op of Saturday and my fertile week is next week so unless a miracle happens not sure he will be up to DTD, VERY inconvenient!!!!!

I'm praying and hoping he might be okay as surgeon said he will have mobility but guess we'll just need to wait! I'm so selfish, poor bugger is in constant pain and all I can think of is when am I ovulating!
