Hi there, having terrible peri menopause symptoms , night sweats bad sleeping anxiety restlessness brain fog low mood need I say more !!' Just picked my tablets up they are elleste 1 mg has any one got any advice on these ? Are the best ones to take ?? Any fees or info would really help , as I'm finding it very hard to cope with xx
