Anyone have period cramps and still get a BFP?

Just that really. Hoping against hope. It's too early to do a test but getting mild cramps. It's not looking good but it's not over until AF sings!

Yup. With both of mine had what felt like start of peiord pains when period was due, but next day nothing so tested and got BFP with both.

Yep, got cramps this time around but not with previous pregnancies. I am 7 weeks now and still getting them on and off most days!

Yep, felt exactly the same as a period coming. Even had a bit of spotting on the day AF was due. Assumed that was it, but it didnt come to anything... Next morning BFP!

Yes I did so much so I went out and bought a new packet of Tampons. I was sure my period was starting but I now have a nearly 2 year old so must have just been implantation pains. It is so unfair that so many symptoms of pregnancy can be similar to period symptoms.

I had cramps with both of my pregnancies, in fav with DS1 I kept running to the toilet all day at work as I was convinced I had started, but nothing appeared. My mum had always told me that's a symptom of early pregnancy
