Im trying to track my ovulation, last month i had really sensitve nipples/ felt abit rough from cd 14 and did opks so i knew i ovulated on cd15. But this month i havent had anything so far and now on cd16 but no opks this month as i have run out!
Do you get the same symptoms each month or can it change?

I don't really have any symptoms other than ewcm and really bad ovulation pains. I always get the pain on the day of ovulation, that never varies. The amount of ewcm varies though, and the days on which I get it! Sometimes it's just the day of and before ovulation. But others, like this month, I got lots a few days before ovulation and then it had almost disappeared by the time I ovulated! Sorry that's not particularly helpful. I'm sort of lucky in that the pains always tell me the exact day (confirmed by opks and temping) so if you don't get those then it would be quite hard to tell without opks, temping, or cm patterns.

thanks hanflan, ewcm hasnt been too much this month either, even though i have been drinking grapefruit juice!
Im useless at temping as i always forget! Wish i hadnt run out of opks! so frustrating!

Mine vary every month, sometimes I get a bit of ovulation bleeding (those months are great because I know exactly when!), some months ovulation pains, some months nothing!

Just EWCM!

I think I'm just having a what if haven't ovulated worry today! Thanks all!

The feeling rough could have been something unrelated to ovulation but just coincidence, so I wouldn't worry about it Smile

I get spotting approx 5 days before, lots of Ewcm. I check my cervix too, and it always rises at this time.
I don't temp, but I have done opks in the past. This month I got a clearblue monitor.
I'm trying to remember and watch out of ov pains.

I feel it more on one side than the other.

I always felt it on the right it was painful during DTD. Got the hang of my ovulation times pretty quickly, o on cd12 and the next it would be cd13.
