So i have pcos & underactive thyroid so trying to shift weight isnt easy!! The only thing i find that works for me is low carb, but then so many people say its not healthy!
My periods are really irregular anywhere from 32-45 days altho last months was 56 days! ( i was adamant i was pregnant) but no just my body playing more tricks on me!
Iv decided that im gona try & concentrate on getting fit again & lose weight. Im 12st 7lb & would like to get to 11st as im 5ft 7ins and any less i wouldnt look right. Lol.
Anyhow the consultant told me if i lose weight ut will help with my cycles & also help kick start ovulation. Anyone found this helped??
Also im on thyroxine & metformin, will i beable to take the raspberry ketone tablets to help with weight loss? They have natural ingredients. Xx
