Ttc after depo injection

Hi just wondered how long it took others to get pregnant after their depo ran out? I fell pregnant with my dd within the first month of my depo running out. About to start trying for dc2 and feel like it could take a lot longer (gut feeling) so wanted to see what the average was thanks

Ttc #1; took me 18 months to have a period after coming off depo (was on it 10 years); it has been 6 months since periods started but my cycles are all over the place... I'm 34 so have booked appt to see GP next week. Wish I'd never been near the injection!

Been off depo nearly 2 years took 6 months for periods to come back and been trying for first baby for 15 cycles.

Blood tests say im not ovulating, I to was on the depo for 10 years

Depressing reading. I was on it around 7 years. Took 7 months for AF to return but has been very regular since then. All 13 cycles. Still not pregnant.

It is depressing reading :( fingers crossed for you all- wished I'd never had it again

Ive always been pretty regular since af came back but im not ovulating either

Took 10 months here after being on it 11 years in total (with a 16 month gap after 8 years). I'm glad I had that gap as it probably helped it leave my system (barely had any periods in that time though, even though I was on the pill).

Six months for my periods to come back then a further eleven months to conceive.

Not necessarily helpful but I was on depo for over 10 years but was recommended to move to mini pill then if I thought I might want to tv in next couple of years. Was on cerazette for 2-3years but when ttc got pg second month. Only periods after stopping pill. So it can be done. However I am grateful for the advice I has from my fpc.
