Getting pg while bf and no periods?

DS is 18wweks old and ebf
Not 'ttc' but plan on having next dc sooner rather than later.
Periods haven't returned yet
EXTREME nausea today though, DTD 10 days ago
What do you think chances of being pg are?
And when should I test?!

It is possible to get pg before your periods return. Perhaps wait a few more days and take a test. I think there is a thread for those TTC while breast feeding, which you might find helpful Breastfeeding cafe? Sorry I can't link
