advice please

I'm looking for some advice
I was due for AF on 13th may didn't arrive ! 5 days later AF was light pink when wipingthen stringy red stuff ?? Not sure what that was I took a test and bfn now another 5 days later and I have lower back ache and tired all the time scared to be disappointed so I've not tested again has any one been through this ?

I've not been tjrough that. But I didn't want to rar ... As nerve wracking as it is another test seems prudent. Can partner / friend do test with you?

Came to a decision with the husband that will will do a test again on Tuesday if af hasn't arrived and if still bfn will have to book doctors.
