Has anyone used it? And is it the dream supplement that people rave about or a lot of hogwash? I'm ttc and wondering whether to give it a go...

I have used it..!
It's worked twice for me. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant! (Lost my first little boy at 19 weeks).
I also know another lady who's used it and she's recently had a little girl :)

It's fantastic stuff

I started to use it last cycle because I was diagnosed with pcos in my early 20s anf after going off birth control my cycles were all over the place. I don't know if it was the inositol, the low GI diet, exercise or a combination of everything, but I got a 35 days long cycle instead of 53! Not bfp yet though.

Great! Thanks so much! How much should I take? It says on the jar that a quarter of a teaspoon in water is the dosage, but I've read several sources online take it as 4g a day in water. Which may be the same as a quarter of a teaspoon!

Congrats Mschocolatecupcake!

I'm taking 500 mg capsules. The first cycle I was taking 2 a day. Now second cycle I'm taking 3 capsules a day. Will seeHmm

Thanks irma! Best of luck and hope it works for you. I got the powdered variety so I'll go for 4g I think.

Thanks
I was taking the tablets and was on 3X650mg's the highest dose so I would go for the 4g's tbh!
