Hi everyone, sorry to share my frustrations but I have googled this to death and driving myself mad.

I took my last pill on the 14th April and had a withdrawal bleed 18-21st. Last week I started ffeeling tired bloated and emotional and had what I assumed to be af cramps monday and tuesday just as usual before 'af' and fully expected to start bleeding. I am now on day 33 still bloated headachy and tired but no sign of af no feeling of imminent af and not even a faint line on the devil sticks.???

It can take a while for your cycle to get back to normal, especially the first cycle after the pill! It's totally normal for it to be a long cycle but they should regulate soon :)

I stopped taking the pill in December and have had what you describe every month since then. Cycles have ranged from 31 to 45 days. Nightmare.

They're right when they say it can take a while for things to settle down. I just assumed it took a while for everyone else to settle down and my own body would settle quickly into a perfect 28-day cycle with ovulation slap-bang in the middle. Ha!
