Hey, we are probably going to start ttc in 6 months or so and was wondering what I need to do to prepare in advance.
I have some folic acid, which I am going to start taking. Are there any other vitamins that I should start to take?
I am at a BMI of 23 but I wouldn't say I'm fit. I also suffer with a bad back so thinking I need to start doing some exercises to strengthen my core. I'm also thinking if I improve my core then I will lose the baby fat a bit easier! I have no tummy muscles at all.
Any advice that people can share would be much appreciated!
