Hayfever and TTC

Well it's the time of year I turn into a runny eyed snot monster...

Can anyone recommend anything for hay fever that is TTC friendly? (I'm UK if that helps!)

I get very severe hayfever and swear by beconase nasal spray! It's the only thing that works for me. Doc has told me it is safe for both ttc and pregnancy!

Ace thank you. I knew it was a nasal spray I had when pregnant with dd but couldn't remember anything else about it.
