Hi- I have a 25/26 day cycle but a short LP around 8 days. My period usually lasts for 5 days. I never spot before or after.
My period has "finished" but I am still spotting today at cd9 and feel mild cramps, similar to ovulation (OPK- today). The only thing I have done a bit differently recently is forgotten to take my B100 complex for around a week.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what this could be and should I be concerned? It's very unusual for me.
