Hiya! Really need some help in understanding where i am at, coz i honestly think im going to drive myself mad!

I was on the pill for years, came off in september 13 and hubby and I started trying straight away. Cycles had always been bang on 28 days on the pill, but then went to between 31 and 34 days. Didnt have much chance to get into a routine, as found out in january i was pregnant.
At 11 weeks, had a missed mc, and on 28th feb had a d and c.

Started trying again pretty much straight away.

It took 45 days (12 april) for my next 'period' to come and i say that loosely, as it was sooooo light, brown in colour, only lasted maybe 3 days. I took a test, negative.
I assumed 12 april wasy cd1 and we have cracked on trying again. I am now on day 35. Feeling soooo sick, in the mornings and evenings. My boobs have been a bit sore, but i know from last preg i dont get ridiculously sore boobs, ive had back ache and feel tierd. Tested last night when got home from work and nada, negative on clear blue digital.
Im currently using ovia fertility which i find really useful. It said my 'fertile window' was between 4 - 9th may, and sure enough on the 7th i had textbook eggwhite discharge. The ovia app has calculated by period due on 21st may, which i knlw isnt late, but that would make my cycle about 40 days. I dont understand why its saying my cycle would be so long.... Anyone else had this? Im trying to stay on track, but finding it really confusing
Any words would be appreciated!! Its sunny this weekend and im dying for a glass of wine!! Need to know!!!

I'm using Ovia too and I'm not sure it is really working for people who have longer than the usual cycle! I have also come off the pill and a bit all over the place, only had one period so far and now on CD37. It's currently telling me my fertile period starts next week, when I haven't even had a period!

So frustrating isnt it! If you find a better ap, let me know! Im still looking!

I highly recommend using Fertility Friend and tracking temps to find out where you are in your cycle! If you go on the website rather than the app there's a whole load of info and educational stuff you can read up on!

Thanks very much hanflan, i will take a look! :)

Sorry for your loss. I think that, coupled with coming off the pill has probably made your cycles go a little haywire. Either than or you just have irregular periods.

DH and I just had sex at least every other day whilst we were trying. I had no idea when I might ovulate as I was irregular so just DTD as much as possible.

Good luck and enjoy!

I think it's because it's saying 14 days, after ovulation - which is usual. Sorry don't know how it calculated your fertile days?
