Day 1 question

Hi ladies. Quick question is day 1 of you cycle the day you start to spot or the day you get a flow? This is my first time of trying and am now off the pill officially so trying to make sure I count properly :-)

If it's your first time trying just shag! With a peak in about a fortnight's time. It's not like booking your Tesco's slot

Hi katybear - I agree, just enjoy the whole experience of TTC , but in answer to your question my understanding of day 1 is first day of actual flow!!! Good luck
