SYMPTOM - wierd hot feeling down right hand side of belly/back

This is what Im feeling today, very strange - like radiating heat down my lower right side.
This was the same side I had ovulation cramps on, & Im now 6-7 DPO.
What do you think ladies? Am I going bonkers, or is this an early SYMPTOM?!

Now also cramps down right side - but far too early for/nothing like AF cramps...

I had this last cycle, what felt like ov pains with a hot feeling. That was the Saturday, the next day I had very faint brown spotting then two days later, bfp!
It unfortunately turned out to be chemical but fx crossed everything works out for you. Good luck!
