Hi....so i have Pcos and i am on metformin to try help regulate my periods. I will admit that i did stop taking met for a few months as i felt rubbish and put it dowm to the tablets...sickly, diarrhoea & stomach cramps.
I am now back on it (slow release version) as iv read how important it is and read some success storys about it helping with pcos symptoms & also regulating periods.
So my last few cycles over past few months have been between 32-45 days except thid last one which had me confused (& excited) thinking i was pregnant. It was 55 days. So how do i know when i ovulated? Last period was 13th march, going by my period log i should have ovulated around 9-13th April & period was due 26th April. I started my period today.
How will i work out when i will next ovulate? I dont really want to use the opk sticks as iv read they can sometimes be misleading.
Anyone have pcos & help me??
