My mirena ran out but due to work commitments I couldn't get it removed on the date I was supposed to, this was over two months ago. Due to the fact for the whole 5 years I've had it I've never had periods and it has worked really positively for me I was just going to have it taken out and another put in. However, I completely forgot and have since had unprotected sex. Could I be pregnant? I don't know why I was so stupid to not think about it this beforehand, I even booked an appointment to have them swapped over and then cancelled it because I couldn't make it and then it dawned on me! I have researched it and it does say there is a certain about of leeway but I don't know much as in days/weeks/months....
