I did another opks just now, and that is also a faint positive. So looks like I'm going to be dtd lots the next few days!
I'm only cd8! Surely I'm Ovulating a bit early??

Fx crazy! Symptom spotting is definitely the worst. And I can definitely relate to the whole feeling irrational about not being able to conceive straight away thing. Even though we're told time and time again it's completely normal for it to take up to a year, I'm on cycle 2 and already worrying! Time to relax I think otherwise I'm just gonna be my own worst enemy!

We should get all the stats together. I don't mind doing it if people put them on here!

Just had to teach my class a PSHE lesson on 'how to look after a baby'... I can't even get away from thinking about babies at school!

Cupcake sounds promising!!! Only cd8! Maybe you've got lucky and will only have a short cycle from now on! Although it did say with mine the line had to be as dark or darker than the control band for it to be positive but mine never went that dark and actually stayed quite faint. But I didn't limit liquid intake before doing the test like your meant to!

Short cycle would be nice! My cycles have always been mid matched some short some extra long, awful like that!
I'll keep doing opks one tonight and then again tomorrow n I'll just keep dtd :)

Popple we've got very similar stats !! Told hubby this morning that we weren't lucky in April and I felt bit down , next item on the news was crying babies -cant get a break !! Oh well Iam spending this months wages on opks/vitamins/lube a new dress from Zara !!

I hadn't heard about pineapple for conception? Only for inducing labour which in my experience didn't work!
Kitkat- the 2ww feels like forever. When will you start poas?

I think its just the core for implantation, as I have heard about pineapple for bringing on labour too Bugaboom. I just ate all of it! Not going to waste a good pineapple :P
Going to hold off poas until 17th May bugaboom - i'm challenging myself!!

I'm good kitkat. Just very tired which is not helped by DS waking throughout the night and getting up at 5:30 am! Looking forward to this month's poas updates

Hi to the newbies! Bears and poppet - I too am doubting my own body after only a couple of months! - I think you just assume something must be wrong because we grew up with people telling us it was so easy and not to make a mistake!!
My first batch of opks have been delivered today so been busy reading up on all the info!

Well hubby has said its fine for me to try all tricks of the trade this month so I'am raiding amazon tonight !! I was worried before that he would think I was crazy ,we were playing it cool and 'not really trying' that's all out the window now !!

Exactly the same as me... we were just 'seeing how it goes' as we originally weren't going to start trying til at least July, but it was a slippery slope and now we're all about the preseed and opks! I'm sure DH thinks I'm totally crazy but he's hiding it well.

I've been trying to drink loads of water today in the hope that that may help in some way (as if water will somehow miraculously impregnate me!!)
Ducky have you had your scan yet, did you say it was this week or am I just making that up?
Out of interest how many of you lovely pregnant ladies had implantation bleeding?
Just wondered how common or not it is.

Did you order the applicators or big tube poppet? I thought the applicators would confuse me but I wondered if they are better

I would prefer the tube but I think you need the applicators to insert the lube , sorry tmi . Never used it before so I could be wrong

Kitkat- I've ordered some preseed too but no idea which one- will let you know how I get on if there is an applicator involved! And I've been trying to drink more water too as it's one of the easier 'being healthy' things to stick to... :/

Kitkat it's tomorrow and I'm terrified, I'm still poas but I just used my least sensitive one and two strong lines came up very quickly. Don't know why I'm doing them still! Ha!

I didn't have any implantation bleeding with dd or with this bean, I think it's something like 20% of people have implantation bleeding, do you suspect you have some or was it just out of interest?

I had implantation bleed with my first but not this time

We have just been using the tube of conceive plus as lube and it's pretty good! Will be interesting to see how you guys get on with the applicators.
Don't worry ducky I'm sure it will be fine and how exciting as well :)
No implantation bleeding for me - I was just curious as i thought everyone got it. So that's good information to know, thank you. Let us know how it goes 2moro ducky :)
